Refund Policy

 

 

At REVE & CO. we strive to provide exceptional services and memorable moments for our clients. We understand event planning can be unpredictable, we aim to accommodate our clients' needs as best as possible. Please read our terms and conditions carefully to comprehend our terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, exchange and refunds.

 

Cancellations 

  • There is a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total event cost. It is required when booking to secure your date and service.

  • To cancel your event, we require a written notice via email. The email written will be effective the same day, allowing a 24-hour window for a response. 

 

Cancellation Fees (Regarding Services) 

  • If a cancellation is made more than 90 days before the event you will receive store credit with the payments made, not including the non-refundable deposit.

  • If a cancellation is made between 89-59 days before the event will incur a 20% cancellation fee on the total cost of the remaining amount. 

  • If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the event there will be no refund at all.

Rescheduling Fees 

Rescheduling Request: Clients may request to reschedule their event by providing written notice via email. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  •  Rescheduling Fees: A fee of $250 will be applied for rescheduling an event, in addition to any changes in costs due to pricing adjustments.

  •  Rescheduling Deadlines: Clients must reschedule their event at least 30 days prior to the original event date to avoid the cancellation fees outlined above.

 

Refunds for Services Not Rendered

If any services agreed upon in the contract are not rendered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.), clients will receive store credit for the unrendered services only.

 Special Circumstances

  • Illness or Emergencies: We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you must cancel or reschedule due to illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case on an individual basis and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
