EVENTS–  A non-refundable deposit, included in the total cost, secures your reservation, and cancellations within 14 business days of the event will result in a penalty of a $250.00 fine in addition to the deposit.

PRODUCTS - A return is eligible after 14 days of receiving the product. You are able to return and receive a full return with unopened products.
